The biggest challenge confronting us today is that the children are growing up stressed and confused with lack of moral values and ethics. Education should not only focus on the academics but on the holistic development of the child. Considering these concerns, Rama Krishna Mission has developed a unique three year graded Value Education Program titled *The Awakened Citizen Program* for the students of classes 6, 7 and 8 (level 1, 2 and 3). The program was launched nationwide on 14 February 2015.We, In DELHI WORLD PUBLIC SCHOOL, took the initiative to organize a teacher’s training program for *The Awakened Citizen program* in our school campus so that the program can be implemented and the most essential purpose of the Education can be accomplished. It was a 2 days program as under:

The training session was conducted by the 4 resource persons from RKM, New Delhi. Teachers from various schools of Noida and NCR joined for the training session.
