About Early Learning
The pre-primary wing at our school is a vibrant center where innovation and grandeur is reflected by the colorful set-up and thematic approach in teaching and design. Following a Montessori approach, we believe that children are active learners, explorers, experimenters and artists. Therefore the young impressionable minds are provided with a rich, meaningful and balanced curriculum based on the development of the essential skills and `Multiple Intelligence ’. The system stresses on the importance of providing wings to their little angels.
About Primary School
The activities of primary wing are focused towards continuous improvement of the students to explore their latent talents. The splash pool activity, organic farming, STEM robotics, class presentations, special assemblies and celebrations are myriads of opportunities offered to the students to chisel out their individual personalities. Innovative and creative techniques are adopted in teaching in the Discovery lab, Maths lab and Computer lab to bring out the creative spark in each one of them. Such experiential learning environment builds up the confidence to meet the specific challenges of the global world.

About Middle School
In Middle school it is our endeavour to instil in students, education, which in the life-long process becomes a strong foundation. The goal is to shape the personality of students into healthy minds and happy souls. We also aim at equipping the students with the intellectual and practical skills that are necessary to meet the challenges in the future. Mrs. Jyoti Arora
A first in anything is important whether it is a step taken by a child, a century by a batsman, a flight of an aeroplane or the first session of the school. It has been very rightly said, that the rooting of the tree is equal to the schooling system of a man.
The schooling system with its specific concern, regarding all round development transforms the child in to a child of right living, a man who creates his own destiny, a man who makes the whole surroundings happy and healthy. He comes out of the shell “Me” to “We” not just to live but to make other lives.
Ms. Anjleen Berar
She has dedicated her ardent passion and energy towards teaching, learning and administration in premier organisations such as Amity International Schools, Bluebells International and Mount Litera Zee school . Her humility, exposure and open-mindedness enables her to implement values of tradition, while simultaneously scaffolding today’s modern thought processes. Thus, she has the unique distinction of creating a niche for herself as an academician par excellence. She is equipped with excellent communication skills, empathy and patience.
With a firm belief in the power of teaching and learning, she leads by example and strives to emancipate her young students to become the leaders of tomorrow as Principal of Mount Litera Zee School Ghaziabad.
Ms. Alka Sharma
She has been in this noble profession for more than 15 years. Prior to this, she has discharged many eminent offices, also holding the chair of Headmistress with a reputed school and has always contributed as a true educationist and visionary. She has forte in the field of Mathematics and is well known for her personal and vocational caliber and maturity. Her positivity and perseverance account for her persistent success..
Ms. Sangeeta Mukerjee

Mrs. Nisha Madan
Mrs. Nisha Madan is a reputed and highly experienced educator with over thirty-five years of classroom teaching experience in leading private schools in New Delhi and the Middle East, including twenty-two years with Delhi Public School. She was one of the founding members of two leading schools in the Middle East. She has extensive experience with the American, British, and Indian curricula and has taught students with different abilities. She is a result-oriented professional who is committed to each child's academic, emotional, creative, and social development.
She has also successfully completed a Certificate course in Behavioral Management from Lesley University and a Certificate course in Dyslexia from New York University and Kuwait Dyslexia Association. She has also organized and attended several comprehensive workshops on Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Learned Helplessness, Behavioral Management, and Differentiated Learning. Mrs. Madan looks forward to providing a richly textured education to the students of DPWS school.
Ms. Anuradha Sinha
Education Consultant-Thematic Teaching
Ms. Anuradha, with almost 30 years of experience in the field of education, is currently a visiting Education Consultant, specializing in curriculum development and classroom innovations. She, as the visiting faculty of the school, shares her valuable experience in gaining an in depth understanding of the art and science behind the school curriculum. She has authored more than 250 books and has conducted training programmes for teachers, parents and students. She has also been a proud recipient of several awards like ‘A teacher who makes a difference’, ‘Academic Excellence and Innovative practices’ and ‘Best Implementation of Innovative practices’.
Dr. Monisha Ahluwalia
She is a highly distinguished counselor with an experience of over three decades. She has a long association with a vast number of reputed institutions. She has conceptualized and conducted many remarkable workshops and sessions related to adolescent issues. She has been passionately committed to her field and is an apostle of empathy and ethnicity. Her strong set of interpersonal skills enable her to establish rapport instantly with students and develop cherished relationships.
